We currently have a number of Business Development Consultant opportunities in our sales teams as a result of internal movement, promotion and strategic growth plans.  Our Business Development Consultant roles develop and manage the relationship between Festo and designated accounts in order to maximise and secure the profitable sales of our products and services.

Our BDC roles are all home based and are national roles therefore personal circumstances must allow for national travel, some overnight stays and the ability to function effectively from a home based office.

Business Development Consultant – Medlab (Code BDC Med)

The Business Development Consultant Medlab works within our Medlab team under the Electric Light Assembly umbrella.  This role will focus on market attack in the laboratory automation and medical devices industries and the successful candidate must be self-motivated as they will be growing an area from the ground up.  

In order to be shortlisted for this role, you must have the minimum of an ONC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent and be able to demonstrate success in a previous external sales role with experience of working in automation in a relevant industry.  Experience of working in the Medlab or Life Sciences market would be an advantage but is not essential.

The area that we are looking to develop is the South East of England/Cambridgeshire therefore candidates would ideally be located within this region.
