NEPTUNE ( is a leading global provider of specialised engineered solutions to the subsea oil and gas, and marine renewables energy industries.  Its European engineering business, based in Aberdeen is at the forefront of these activities, providing specialised engineering design, advanced analysis, project management, manufacture and installation support, of equipment for the offshore energy sector.

To support Neptune’s growth globally, we are looking to recruit suitable candidates to join the engineering graduate training program. The program is aimed at providing structured training and professional development, leading to Chartered Engineer status.

Graduate Engineer
The ideal candidate would be a MEng graduate (minimum of a 2:1 degree accredited by the IMechE) in a Mechanical Engineering discipline, or a postgraduate with appropriate specialism, and be keen to pursue an engineering career in one of the most dynamic and rewarding technology sectors.  

The individual should have a very strong understanding of key mechanical engineering subjects, be highly numerate, having a flair for engineering design, analysis and technical problem solving, be an excellent team player with strong communication and presentation skills.  
The placement will be in the Subsea Engineering Company Group, located in central Aberdeen.  The Graduate Engineer will undertake development training in line the IMechE Monitored Professional Development Scheme (MPDS).
